Hi Everyone! As you may know, 2 weeks ago I tested positive for COVID-19. I have since tested negative twice and have been able to leave the hospital! I feel completely fine and I want to assure everyone that I am ok. It was obviously a really difficult time for myself and my family. My biggest fear was for my wife and son and thankfully they are fine after being quarantined for 14 days. I want to thank from the bottom of my heart all the doctors, nurses and front line staff who cared for me - they are the true heroes in the world. It’s not enough for me to simply say thank-you here, but it’s a start. I also want to thank my club, sport director @omori_1976, President, my interpreter Go and his family and Miho for making sure Ri and Santi had everything they needed and were supported at all times. Finally to everyone who reached out to me with messages over the past weeks and wrote to me or checked in daily I really appreciate it. I’ve already started training so hopefully it won’t be too long until I see you all again ☺️ Thank you again!! Please take care of each other and remember to be kind! 🙌🏼
